WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS I NEED TO PREPARED TO APPLY FOR CHINESE UNIVERSITIES?

When will I need to send you these documents?

These documents will only be asked after we confirm that we can help you apply and you had paid the Application fee, to start processing your application to the University.

What are the documents I need to prepare?

The documents you need to prepared depend on the Universities and the program you want to apply, but most of them are always the same.

For Chinese Programs( 6 months to 1 year)

For Bachelor’s Programs :

1.Copy of passport

3.Academic certificate
4.Passport size photo
5.TOEFL/IELTS Score
6.Financial Guarantor Letter: The guarantor is a letter from whoever will support you to study in China, most of the time is your parents or legal guardian.

Master's documents:

5.2 recommendation letters
6.Study plan/ Research proposal

PhD documents:

Other documents required to some universities:

Non-criminal record certificate: Some universities request a non-criminal record certificate. If this is needed it you will need to go to the local police station in your country and ask them for this certificate. It is sometimes called a Police background check.

Physical examination form: We will provide the physical examination form if is required. Physical Examination might be required in some cases to apply, and one more time in the University, during the registration day, and they will let you know where you can do it.
